Our Services

Assessment & Pre-Screening

The first visit will consist of reviewing questions regarding past history. This will help your clinical provider come up with a preliminary diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.

Therapeutic Services

Psychotherapy services may include individual counseling, Adolescents and Adults( 18-65 years of age) or couples counseling. I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help (Teens and Adults) break free from trauma.

LENS Neurofeedback is a treatment that will be used concurrently with EMDR Therapy to treat: PTSD, depression, anxiety.
